Meditation is a great way to relax, focus and YOU time. I meditate about 5 times a week, in the morning or evening. It can be 10, 20 , 30 minutes what you ever you want.
A lot of people say to me but I don’t have time. Try getting up 20 minutes earlier while the house is quite, the benefits out way the 20 minutes under the duvet. I offer help and guidance with meditation. Also ways to help your children focus and relax.
